How long is the warranty on iQuavia products?

Every iQuavia product includes a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended coverage may be available at checkout.

Where can I download the iQuavia app?

The companion app is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Can it clean pool steps and tanning ledges?

It cleans flat tanning ledges, sun shelves, and step platforms, but it does not climb standard pool stairs.

Is it easy to retrieve from the pool after cleaning?

Yes. When cleaning ends, it auto-parks near the wall. Use the app or remote to drive it up the wall for easier pickup.

Can it pick up fine sand and small debris?

Yes. Dual suction inlets and dual brushes help capture fine sand, leaves, pet hair, and small debris.
